Quality and Commissioning, Led by Engineers
Qualitech Mission Critical is a Dublin-based quality and commissioning consultancy for data centre and mission-critical construction, founded in 2026 by client-side and contractor-side practitioners. We take on defined quality and commissioning scopes and run them with our own people under our own quality system, so projects reach handover safely, on programme and with records that stand up to audit.
Too many projects still carry the risk of safety incidents and the cost of rework that should have been designed, verified and managed out much earlier. We exist to close that gap, remotely and on site across Europe and the US.
Where a client needs extra capacity, we also place experienced engineers in their team. We also carry out independent QCx and MEP audits, only ever on packages we have no part in.
An ISO 9001:2015-aligned quality system and ISO 19011 audit practice, led by an IRCA-qualified Lead Auditor.

Every engagement is managed by one of the people below, with the Managing Director as the point of escalation. Associates work under the same management, quality system and competence checks.
David McEnroe
MANAGING DIRECTORQualified building services engineer with 20 years across mechanical and electrical delivery, commissioning management and construction quality. Four years client-side running QA/QC, commissioning oversight and campus utilities for a data centre developer, after mechanical package and preconstruction leadership with two of Ireland's largest M&E contractors.
Jake Walsh
REGIONAL QCX MANAGERMore than seven years in construction management and mission-critical project delivery, with 90MW of capacity and over 1,000 M&E assets delivered. Brings structural engineering and construction project management qualifications alongside MEP and commissioning delivery experience. Covers Ireland, the UK and Europe.
Mark Gilligan
REGIONAL QCX MANAGERMechanical commissioning and QA/QC engineer. Most recently client-side Cx/QA engineer on a three-building hyperscale campus in Dublin, approving test packs, witnessing L1 to L5 and taking all three buildings to handover. Previously AHU and damper package manager on turnkey data centres.
